FAQs

What amenities do you provide?

Free, onsite parking. Free, 24/7 gym access. Fully equipped kitchen (all necessary cutlery, dishes, equipment, utensils, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.). Essential linen & towels. Miniature shampoo, soap, shower gel & conditioner. Hairdryer. Iron & board. Tea, coffee, sugar, UHT milk & biscuits upon arrival. Please contact us for an extensive list.

What type of payment methods do you accept?

We use Stripe for payment processing and with this comes incredible flexibility with payments. Credit card, VISA debit, VISA Mastercard & PayPal are just some of the many options that guests have for a hassle-free checkout.

Is my booking refundable?

25% of the booking total must be paid to reserve your stay with us, which is fully refundable until 7 days prior to arrival. The remaining 75% will be taken 7 days prior to arrival. From this point, refunds are issued at 50% of any unstayed nights. If booking within 7 days of arrival, the full payment will be taken straight away.

Can I request an early check-in or late checkout? If approved, what is the cost?

Guests are welcome to request either of these, however they are entirely subject to availbility. There is never a cost!
